Školení začíná už 12. 3. 2025 v Ostravě na centrále HLT.

• Responsibility for the preparation phase of the project – you will provide all materials and personnel needed for the implementation, from working with technician to coordinating with HR to assemble the team. You will simply lead the project from vision to realization.
• Managing the execution phase of the project – your role will be to ensure the smooth running of on-site preparation, from construction to the final show and final demolition.
• Coordinating and supervising the project team – you will lead a team of technical professionals (sound engineers, lighting engineers, video engineers, stage technicians) and oversee their activities to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
• Taking care of the client during the project – you will be the key person for communication with the client, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining the quality of provided services.
• Optimizing work processes – you will actively look for ways to increase efficiency, optimize costs and maintain high quality.
• Managing overall project delivery and meeting project objectives – your main task will be to coordinate all phases of the project and achieve the objectives on which the success of the whole show depends.

• Previous live music project management experience – it will not work without experience in this field, we need someone who knows the dynamics of live events.
• Good PC skills – you will be working with spreadsheets, planning projects and creating reports; therefore you should be familiar and skilled to MS Office. Knowledge of Autocad, Vectorworks, SketchUp, wysiwyg is a big advantage.
• English at C1 level – we are expanding into foreign markets so English is a must for fluent communication with clients and partners.
• Technical mindset – you need to be clear on how to build a stage and how to coordinate different technical gear to make everything work.
• Systems thinking – ability to see the project as a whole, understand its connections and always be result-oriented.
• Proactivity and seeking new opportunities – we expect you to be proactive, looking for the best solutions and take initiative to improve processes.
• Time flexibility – some events take place on weekends so flexibility in scheduling your time is essential.
• Perfect communication skills – you’ll be a key person to communicate with both the team and the client which requires negotiation skills and a professional acting.
