Our HR Department is taking care of recruiting the right professionals for individual projects, keeping in mind the uniqueness of the project and individual personality and professionality of crew members.

It cares thoroughly every personnel for a project is taken care very well and will get all necessary project information.

All High Lite Touring personnel are highly trained and experienced from providing their services on load of projects annually, ranging from festivals, international touring productions, one-off concert show realisations.

Only persons with high values of how the tasks should be conducted could became a part of High Lite Crew.

For these reasons, HLT constantly develop the ways how to be more time efficient and quality oriented at the same moment.
