Based on experiences from realizations of many demanding projects, we have developed an organizational structure that allows us to control and supervise every part of the entire project development.
For these purposes there is a Project Manager appointed for each project, to advocate all client’s needs into the company structure, to help facilitate communication, to plan individual phases for project development, to schedule, organize, communicate and lead all the treads of production from an initial vision to the final realization.
Project Manager coordinates collaboration of all the departments.
Project Manager provides detailed scheduling of project realisation, communicates all the technical and organisational aspects of the project with client and execute the management of the project on-site, to make sure all the objectives of project are met.
The project manager is always most concerned that the client is taken care of very well.
